Executive Head Pastry Chef- 5 Red Star Iconic Hotel - 3 Rosettes - London 

Our Client:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Pastry to join this amazing 5 Red Star, Iconic London Hotel. Our client is one of the UK's leading Hotels and a rare opportunity has become available to lead the 13 strong Pastry team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full control of an amazing pastry department, ensuring the 3 Rosette standards are achieved and maintained. 

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of the Pastry Department
  • Menu Development
  • Manage a brigade of up to 13 Pastry Chefs
  • Managing ordering and stock
  • Maintain excellent food and Hygiene standards at all times
  • Maintain a friendly and professional environment

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary £65,000 per annum

 The Individual:

We are therefore looking for an experienced Executive Head Pastry Chef who possesses the ability to lead a team of Pastry Chefs, and is accustomed to working in busy fast paced environments but who also places great emphasis on serving excellent quality food. Experience at 3 Rosettes is essential.

This is a superb opportunity to join a large Hotel, that has been placed in the top 200 Hotels in Britain, and is based in the heart of London.
