The Client:

Our client is currently seeking a talented Head Pastry Chef to be in charge of the 6 chef pastry brigade. This is a great opportunity to work within one of the most popular and luxurious hotels outside of London

If you join our client, you will oversee the brigade of Pastry chefs catering for the Restaurant and 2 brasserie within the Hotel and trying to exceed the standards of Three Rosettes for the Restaurant, brasserie and Afternoon tea.

 

The Individual:

·Are you a Head Pastry Chef with a proven track record in a minimum of 3 Rosette / Michelin kitchens and have a stable background?

·Are you a professional, competent and highly talented Head Pastry Chef who thrives working under pressure and to the highest Rosette standards?

·Have you got the determination, energy and will power to work in a kitchen as a Head Pastry Chef striving to create delightfully decadent dishes to the highest Rosette standards?

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary £42,000 per annum
