The Client:

Our client is a Luxury Restaurant located in Central London. It is recognised as one of the best of its kind within the Capital and is a grill based brasserie. 

The Individual:

We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef, or a strong Senior Chef de Partie with 2-3 Rosette experience within a high volume establishment. As Junior Sous Chef, your role will be to work 4th in charge reporting to the Sous Chef and assisting the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the sections and its brigade of 15. We are looking for a creative Junior Sous Chef, who enjoys working with fresh produce and who is keen to learn under an extremely talented Michelin Starred Head Chef. Individual:

We are looking for a General Manager who has experience within food led gastro pubs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to build on the great success of this pub and to work within a fantastic group. The successful candidate needs to have drive, energy, enthusiasm and determination to deliver a first class service to all customers. We are particularly looking for a strong trainer with outstanding mentoring experience.
