Our Client

Our client is looking for an experienced Night Receptionist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within one of London’s finest 5 Red Star boutique hotels.  We are in a position to organise interviews immediately for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Process all guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Operate telephone switchboard station
  • Resolve guest requests, including wake-up calls
  • Perform food and beverage duties once the kitchen closes
  • Run night audit and roll the date in MICROS
  • Conduct security rounds
  • Assist with luggage storage and transport guest luggage to and from rooms
  • Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction

Individual:

The ideal candidate will come from a 4 or 5 red star hotel background. We are looking for someone who is well presented, dynamic with a positive attitude and a real desire to succeed. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in luxury hotels and individuals who have shown resilience and loyalty in the work place.
