Chef de Partie required for award winning 2 rosette hotel in Cornwell. A Chef de Partie is required for this stunning costal hotel currently under extensive refurbishment. We are looking for a chef de partie with at least 12-14 months experience at 2 rosettes or above.  My client is looking for a passionate and dedicated chef de partie to join this professional brigade of 5 chefs in achieving a 3^rd rosette in 2010.

 As a chef de partie you will be an integral part of the brigade and will be producing dishes of the very highest quality. The hotel has a stunning 40 cover fine dining restaurant offering the very best in modern British and European dishes along with a 40 cover stylish brasserie.

The hotel is undergoing a multi million pound refurbishment program at the moment and the ambitious owners are looking to recruit a suitable Chef de Partie for early February.  I am however keen to organise interviews and work trials before Christmas so please do send your CV to us today.
