Construction Project Manager – UHNW Individual – London

 

Our Client:

Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager with Luxury Real Estate/Residential Property AND Hotel Project Management experience?

Our client is an UHNW individual with several luxury properties throughout Europe who is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the properties and coheres with the Operation Managers at each property. We are looking for someone with extensive project management experience within property acquisition and refurbishment. Our client is looking for someone accustomed to dealing with large scale refurbishment & extension projects from £10m-£50m+

 

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary circa £72,000 – £84,000 with discretionary bonus
  • 30 days annual leave + bank holidays
  • All travel and accommodation will be covered

The Individual:

  • The perfect candidate will have worked as a Project Manager within high spec residential construction company and as a Chief Engineer within 5 Star Hotels that have undergone extensive refurbishment.
  • As a Project Manager you will have led major construction projects (5-star hotels/private estate) that require assembling and managing contractors, designers, and engineers.
  • As a Project Manager you will be completely compliant with all Health & Safety rules and regulations and ideally have managed several large projects.
  • You must have the right to work in Europe.
  • Should be knowledgeable about all plant and machinery in such estates or hotels and experience in negotiating service contracts for all such plant and machinery.
  • You must have an Engineering Degree.
  • Experience in France/speaking French will be highly advantageous due to where the properties are.

 

Responsibilities:

  • You will be based within the London office with travel to the properties when needed.
  • As Project Manager you will work directly with the Operations Managers of each site.
  • 65% of the role will be managing new projects with the rest maintaining and overseeing the luxury residences.
  • Overseeing all projects throughout the client’s portfolio.
  • Reporting to the Director of Assets and coming up with ideas of how to cut costs and ensure the standards are of the highest quality.
  • You will set up critical path analysis for projects, ensure compliance with project timetable, keep a check on quality control aspects. Create snagging list and follow up rectification.
