We are thrilled to collaborate with a stunning Grade II listed country house nestled in an idyllic village just outside Bath. They are seeking a highly skilled Head Gardener to maintain their 8-acre garden in impeccable condition.
This enchanting garden features formal lawns, a walled kitchen garden, a perennial border, and woodlands, providing a picturesque setting for weddings and events. The owners have unveiled plans to revitalise their walled gardens next spring.
As the Head Gardener, you will play a pivotal role in bringing these visions to life, infusing your leadership skills, profound gardening and horticultural expertise, and unwavering passion for plants into every corner of the garden.
Your journey as Head Gardener will involve guiding and inspiring the team, delegating tasks, and generously sharing your invaluable knowledge. This is your opportunity to lead and nurture a flourishing garden while showcasing your talents.
Ideal candidates will possess an RHS Level 3 qualification or equivalent horticultural certification, along with Chain Saw and PA1/PA6 Chemical Spray certificates. A valid driver’s license and experience with common garden machinery are also required.
