Opening in March, they are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee and deliver a busy calendar of events in a spectacular fashion. From stylish brand takeovers to chic corporate stays and beautiful weddings.
You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the General Manager…
- £45,000 to £50,000 per annum
- Achievement-led bonus
- Working 45 hours over 5 days, inclusive of weekends
- 23 days of holiday allowance plus bank holidays
Responsibilities as the General Manager…
- Overseeing the smooth running of all departments, leading from the ground to manage the customer experience from point of enquiry to the delivery of the event.
- Ensuring the brand standards are always met through venue presentation and all customer communications.
- Empowering and inspiring the teams by providing 5-star training and support.
- Communicating effectively with the Group Operations Manager and wider senior management team to develop new client offerings.
- Carrying out day-to-day house management including maintaining suppliers, for example, cleaning, laundry, security, and staffing. Regularly assessing these for optimal performance.
As the General Manager, you will manage all of the establishment’s in-house teams, including sales, planning and housekeeping. You will take pride in taking a proactive approach to encouraging new business and ensuring an exceptional client experience from initial enquiry to the delivery of the event itself.
